The Allegiance QuickBooks integration has worked MAGIC for our firm. On the 1st of the month, my assistant would spend 2-3 full days sending out new invoices and re-sending outstanding invoices. We were racking our brains on politely asking someone to pay us for the work we did months and sometimes years ago.
We then came across Allegiance and the Biller Genie software. The Allegiance team showed us all the benefits of Biller Genie and how we can automatically send out invoices and reminders to our clients without spending days on it. This program has changed the way we bill for the better. I cannot thank Scott and his staff for ALL of their help.
My company has worked with Allegiance for years. One thing that has always stood out is their customer service. Phone or email, they are available and ready to help answer questions and resolve issues. Recently, they upgraded our equipment for payments. The older hardware we had was outdated and was losing some functionality. Allegiance also explained the risk that the older equipment put our customers’ and their data in. Now we are protected and payments and reporting data are running smoother than ever.
Through the years, I accepted the fees associated to credit card processing as a cost of doing business. That was until Allegiance offered their Zero Cost Credit Program.
I was initially skeptical of surcharging customers. I had concern about losing loyalty and repeat business with our shop. But we found no resistance and very little change in buying behaviors. It’s business as usual.

I was skeptical to switch from my bank for my merchant services processor, but so glad I did. Their initial proposal was 15% less than what I was paying with my previous processor and when the first statement came in, turns out I saved even more. The savings were over 20%.
